This is my favorite way to dress up a plain snap hair clip. They are endlessly customizable and make the sweetest gifts. This is the perfect project for digging into your remnant stash. I have included a full page of gift tags - I like to print these on sturdy kraft paper (though any cardstock will do) and slide the clips through the slits.
